R-Strategist- Weeds

R-Strategist- 5:45 p.m., August 16^th, in my garden. Species that reproduce early in their life span and produce large numbers of small and short lived offspring. Characteristics include high fecundity, small body size, and early maturity. Examples include insects, weeds, and rodents. A weed is a R-Strategist because it reproduces rapidly and in high numbers and is short lived.
